Businesses reaching Google to create virtual tours for their place, Google will reach Trusted Photographers available near to that Business location. You can go and create Virtual tours for their Business in Google Maps. Google will pay you the percentage amount for your service. It may be based on the Business area for which you created virtual tours or the number of 360 photos you took for creating virtual tours.
Also you can directly reach the customers (Business Owners who want their Business place to have virtual tours in Google Maps) for creating virtual tours for them and can yourself charge for the service reasonably.

One main thing is that you have to first upload 50 numbers of 360 photos and publish it in Street View Application which has to be approved. You can see the status of the uploaded photos under you Profile, Stats section in the Street View Application. Since till then, the available for hire button will be disabled. Once 50 numbers of your 360 photos get approved, then only the available for hire button on the Settings page will be clickable and you have to enable it Street View Trusted Photographers.
